Integrated CRM Software by METAm8

Configures METAm8 products to your:

• Database user name
• Website
• Campaign Email setting

Configures METAm8 products to:

• Use one of your existing databases, or
• Creates a new database

Select your source import data from your local computer

Source should already be in comma separated format

Uploads your selected source file

Now you choose this or another source file previously uploaded

and select your target database table from those already setup by METAm8 Integrator

Displays the contents of the first row of your source file which could either contain email data or column labels for subsequent rows.

For each source column you simply select the matching target column (if any)

Also specify if any combination of source columns are to serve as unique keys and what action should be taken if a matching entry is found to already be present in your target email table.

Actions include omit the new source column, replace the existing target with the new source, or prefix or suffix the existing target with the source contents.

Detailed import report shows for each row exactly what actions were taken and what was stored in your target email table.

This also shows a status summary indicating how many error ocured, how many were OK, how many entries were skipped for various reasons and how many target table records were added or updated.

You always know exactly what was done.

Simple but comprehensive Campaign setup form for sepecifying:

• Selection of recipients - the email targeting
• Whether this is a live run
• The results display:
  • whether you want to see all emails sent or just the first
  • whether you would prefer to see just the list of recipients and the subject lines
• A batch size if you're batching up a large campaign into smaller runs
• Where to send copies of the emails (if any)
• The email subject line with any personalisation
• The remaining email contents for the various content areas in your mail template
• Selection of images to include (not visible in this screen shot)
• Selection of the mail template to use (not visible in this screen shot)

Results of a live or dummy run shows:

• The email recipients (as per your settings)
• Any actual emails you asked to see
• Redisplay of your campaign settings form should you wish to change anything or re-use these settings for the next batch or for a different campaign

Your campaign setup form - this supports all the features of METAm8 Campaign Lite shown above PLUS extra entries documenting the Campaign itself which can then be viewed using your Campaign manager:

• The name of the Campaign
• The Client name (or your own of course)
• The Clients email for sending the tracking email
• A Campaign password for accessing the tracking results page
• A useful phone number if your running Campaigns for clients

Your Campaign Manager

• Lists all your Campaigns
• Lets you sort the list by Client, Campaign name or Date
• Click on any Campaign to see the Tracking results

Your Campaign Tracking Results Pages

• Client Password secured access
• Shows the tracking results for a single campaign
